Manali LEH Cyclying Trip

Our activities are designed according to children's age. As child gets older, their program allows them to face the challenges according to their capabilities. Our camps are also designed for families road trip to Leh-to- Manali-to- Leh cycling expedition, that are caravan assisted, along with motor bike tours in the Himalayas. We have our base camps at the scenically beautiful Shanag Village, near Manali.

Bhrigu Lake

Bhrigu Lake is a lake located at an elevation of around 4,300 metres (14,100 ft) in Kullu district, Himachal Pradesh. It is located to the east of Rohtang Pass and is around 6 kilometres from Gulaba village. It can be reached by trekking either from the Vashishth temple, which is famous for its hot water springs, which is close to the town of Manali or from Gulaba village. Bhrigu lake an area of the Pir Panjal mountain range. It is named after Maharishi Bhrigu. Legend has it that the sage used to meditate near the lake and hence it has been rendered sacred; the locals believe that due to this the lake never freezes completely.

Trek Itinearary

Day 1: Report at Nagpur Railway station and proceed for Delhi.
Day 2: Reach New Delhi and proceed for Manali by Volvo bus.
Day 3: Reach Manali. Transfer to Camp Apple Farm.

Manali: Situated at the northern end of the Kullu valley, Manali has spectacular views of snow-capped peaks and wooded slopes. Surrounded by towering peaks at an arm length, Manali’s major assets are its proximity to the snow line. Camp setup Orientation, Introduction of equipment. Acclimatize walk to Gautama Rishi Ashram at Goshal Village.

Day 4: Manali - Rohtang Pass - 14 Mod by jeep

Duration: 4 hours The first day will be spent acclimatizing and visiting Rohtang Pass. On the way back, you will be dropped at the camp at 14 Mod, the starting point of the trek ​

Day 5: 14 Mod - Ravalikoli (3750m)

Duration: 5 hours On the first day of the trek, the trail ascends gradually and will take you above the tree line with fabulous views of the entire Manali valley and peaks like Hanuman Tibba, Makarbeh, and Shikharbeh among others.

Day 6: High altitude trekking in Ravalikoli Region
Day 7: Ravalikoli - Bhrigu Lake (4235m) - Ravalikoli (3500m)

Duration: 7 hours The trail initially gradually ascends before a short steep climb to the lake. Early in the season, the path also has snow patches. Take time off at the lake to soak in the 360-degree view. Local customs do not allow for camps to set up at the lake, so you will descend down to the camp at Tehli, a gaddi campsite which is almost at the tree line.

Day 8: Ravalikoli - 14 Mod - Manali

Duration: 4 hours The trek ends at Ravalikoli from where a vehicle will pick you up and drop you back in Manali.

Day 9: After morning activity session group is allowed to explore Manali Bazaar

Manali Bazaar: Famous for dry fruits, handloom, woollen caps, handicrafts, Kullu shawls, Grass shoes etc. Evening departure to New Delhi by bus

Day 10: Reach Station and proceed for Nagpur.
Day 11: Reach Nagpur and dispersal.

Manali-Shanag-Solang-Beas Kund

The trek to Beas Kund is one of the most beautiful trek in dhauladhar range of Himalaya. From Solang, the route winds through the famous Solang Valley. Solang valley is famous for its ski slopes & Para gliding. On this trek, you will see amazing views of lush green meadows, glaciers and snow-capped mountain peaks. Beas kund also the origin of Beas River.

Trek Itinearary

Day 1: Report at Nagpur Railway station on 7:00 pm at main Entrance and proceed for Delhi by Garibrath Exp.(12611) On 8:35 pm.
Day 2: Reach New Delhi and proceed for Manali by Volvo bus.
Day 3: Reach Manali. Transfer to Camp Apple Farm.

Day 4: : Trek to Jogini fall and Vashishtha kund (Natural Hot water spring) Vashishtha Kund-3 kms from Manali is the village of Vashishtha, which is renowned for its hot sulphur springs. The village is also the site of some old temples, dedicated to the great sage Vashishtha, and to Lord Rama. The Himachal Tourism sulphur baths are just beyond these shrines.

Day 5: Old Manali Trek.

Manu Mandir This is dedicated to the sage Manu. Across the Manalsu river is the original village of Manali that houses the ancient temple of the sage Manu. Manali itself is named after Manu, who is said to have dwelt here. Hadimba Mandir Also known as Dhoongri Temple. The main feature of the Temple is a four tiered pagoda shaped roof and beautiful carved door. ​

Day 6: Manali - Dhundi (3150m)

Starting from Manali will pass through Solang Nullah, From Solang, the road follows the Beas river to Dhundi, the end of the road. The camp is a small walk away. Don't miss the first glimpse of the majestic Hanuman Tibba from the campsite

Day 7: Dhundi - Bhakartach (3300m)

Duration: 3 hours Gradually ascending from the valley, the trail continues to the scenic campsite at Bhakartach. ​

Day 8: Bhakartach - Beas Kund (3650m) – Dhundi and drive back to Manali

Duration: 6 hours Trek over morraine to the small lake at Beas Kund, the birth place of the river Beas. After spending some time at Beas Kund, trace the path back to Dhundi. The trek ends at Dhundi from where a vehicle will pick you up and drop you back in Camp Apple Farm. ​

Day 9: After morning activity session group is allowed to explore Manali Bazaar

Manali Bazaar: Famous for dry fruits, handloom, woollen caps, handicrafts, Kullu shawls, Grass shoes etc. Evening departure to New Delhi by bus

Day 10: Reach Nizamuddin Stationand proceed for Nagpur by Garibrath Exp.(12612) on 3:55 pm.
Day 11: Reach Nagpur on 5:25 am. And dispersal.
patalsu

Manali-Shanag-Solang-Patalsu

Patalsu peak (4220m) is situated at the head of the Kullu valley. The trek begins in Manali and winds past the villages of Shanag, Burwa and Solang. On the second day of the walk we climb through a mix of apple orchards and pine forests. Along the trail you will get great views of snow capped peaks.

Trek Itinearary

Day 1: Report at Nagpur Railway station and proceed for Delhi
Day 2: Reach Delhi and Proceed for Manali by Volvo bus after lunch. ​
Day 3: Reach Manali. Transfer to Camp Apple Farm.

Surrounded by towering peaks at an arm length, Manali’s major assets are its proximity to the snow line. ​ Camp setup, Orientation, Introduction of equipments. ​ Acclimatize walk to Gautama Rishi temple (temple is linked with mythological Gautam Rishi, who had cursed his wife Ahalya, making her turn into a stone.) at Goshal Village through beautiful apple orchards

Day 4: : Trek to Jogini fall and Vashishtha kund (Natural Hot water spring) Vashishtha Kund-3 kms from Manali is the village of Vashishtha, which is renowned for its hot sulphur springs. The village is also the site of some old temples, dedicated to the great sage Vashishtha, and to Lord Rama. The Himachal Tourism sulphur baths are just beyond these shrines. ​

Day 5: Old Manali Trek.

Day 6: Shanag- Solang (2560m)

The walk meanders along the left bank of the Beas river past the Himalayan villages .We cross the Beas river close to Solang nulla. Our today’s camp is below the Solang village along the Beas river.

Day 7: Solang- Patalsu (4220m)

Duration: Our today’s walk takes us past the village of Solang and continues through mixed pine and oak forest till we reach the open meadow of Shagadugh. Watch out for sightings of Monals and Khaleej pheasants ​

Day 8: Trek to Anjani Mahadev and Adventure activities.

Duration: 6 hours Trek over morraine to the small lake at Beas Kund, the birth place of the river Beas. After spending some time at Beas Kund, trace the path back to Dhundi. The trek ends at Dhundi from where a vehicle will pick you up and drop you back in Camp Apple Farm. ​

Day 9: After morning activity session group is allowed to explore Manali Bazaar

Manali Bazaar: Famous for dry fruits, handloom, woolen caps, handicrafts, Kullu shawls, Grass shoes etc. Evening departure to New Delhi by Volvo

Day 10: Reach New Delhi and proceed for Nagpur.

Manali-Shanag- Chandra taal

Chandratal trek is one of the most picturesque trek in the Manali region which offers landscapes ranging from alpine forests, meadows (locally known as thatch), waterfalls, moraines & a high altitude lake with blue water known as mini-Chandratal (4480m). The trek offers a great view of snow clad peaks of Deo Tibba (6001m) & Indrasan (6220m) along with the glaciers of Jagatsukh & Deo Tibba. The entire stretch is an enriching experience for both flora & fauna lovers. It is a must do the trek for the first timers as well regular trekkers.

Trek Itinearary

Day 6: Sethan to snow area and back to sethan camp.
Day 7: Sethan to Jobari camp.
Day 8: Jobari to Camp Apple Farm.

Duration: 6 hours Trek over morraine to the small lake at Beas Kund, the birth place of the river Beas. After spending some time at Beas Kund, trace the path back to Dhundi. The trek ends at Dhundi from where a vehicle will pick you up and drop you back in Camp Apple Farm. ​

Day 9: After morning activity session group is allowed to explore Manali Bazaar

Manali Bazaar: Famous for dry fruits, handloom, woolen caps, handicrafts, Kullu shawls, Grass shoes etc. Evening departure to New Delhi by Volvo

Day 10: Reach New Delhi and proceed for Nagpur by Train.
Day 11: Reach Nagpur and dispersal.

Sandakphu Trek

Sandakphu or Sandakfu or Sandakpur (3636 m; 11,930 ft) is the highest peak in the district of Ilam, Nepal and West Bengal, India. It is the highest point of the Singalila Ridge in Darjeeling district on the West Bengal-Nepal border. The peak is located at the edge of the Singalila National Park and has a small village on the summit with a few hostels. Four of the five highest peaks in the world, Everest, Kangchenjunga, Lhotse and Makalu can be seen from its summit. It also affords a pristine view of the entire Kangchenjunga Range.

Trek Itinearary

Day 1: Report at Nagpur Railway station and proceed for Howrah.
Day 2: Reach Howrah and depart to New Jalpaigudi (NJP) in the evening.
Day 3: NJP to Manebhanjang

Transfer to Manebanjang. a small town on the Indo-Nepal border, our starting point of the trek. Overnight stay at Manebanjang.

Day 4: Manebhanjang 2134m to Chitrey.Vashishtha Kund-3 kms

Acclimatization trek to Chitrey monastery.

Day 5: Manebhanjang to Tumbling 3070m

Trek to Tumbling (3070 mtr.). ( Approx 6 hours trek)

Day 6: Tumbling to Kalaphokhri 3186 m

After breakfast Trek to Kalaphokhri (3186 mtr.). Trek through Singalila National Park famous for Red Panda, Magnolia flowers, Rhododendron flowers, small tiny villages nested in the lap of Himalayas on Indo-Nepal border. Group shall interact with local Nepali villagers. Night halt at Kalaphokhri.( Approx 6 hour trek)

Day 7: Kalaphokhri to Sandakphu 3636m(6Hrs,)

After breakfast Trek to Sandakphu (3636 mtr.). From here one can see Kanchenjunga and Mount Everest . Adventure Activity Rappelling. Overnight stay at Sandakphu.

Day 8: Sandakphu 3636m(6Hrs,)
Day 9: Sandakphu to Rimbhik 2286 m

Experience sun rise along with the majestic Himalayan Ranges. Trek down to Rimbik Night stay at Rimbik. ​

Day 10: Rimbhik to NJP After breakfast transfer to NJP.
Day 11: Reach Howrah. Boat ferry to Babughat Board for Nagpur.

Everest Base Camp Trek
